[eoxserver-dev] 0.2-beta2 released

Hi all,

the beta2 for our 0.2 release has just been released. You find the
downloads newly including the documentation as pdf at the usual place
[1]. Again, please help to test and report any issues you find.

On our way to the final 0.2 release there's only one ticket left [2].

Please note also that I've updated the start wiki page [3] adding a
mission statement at the top. Please review it and send any comments you
have.
